The Taylor Haugen Foundation is happy to announce the winners of the 2013 Scholarships. These scholarship winners were selected on their combined performance in athletics, community service, Christian faith and leadership. These scholarships are given each spring in memory of Taylor Haugen. One award is made to a Niceville High senior and another to an Okaloosa county student. A third scholarship was begun this year for an Okaloosa county student endowed by the Parisot family.
